摘  要:目的:研究双黄连口服液与颗粒剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法:分别采用常规倾注平皿法、培养基稀释法及薄膜过滤法进行双黄连口服液与颗粒剂的微生物限度检查方法学验证,并测定金黄色葡萄球菌等3种试验菌株的回收率。结果:双黄连口服液与颗粒剂均具有抑菌活性。采用常规倾注平皿法和培养基稀释法,试验菌株回收率低,不符合回收率要求,不能真实反映出供试液受污染的情况。薄膜过滤法试验菌株回收率显著高于培养基稀释法,符合回收率要求。结论:双黄连口服液与颗粒剂进行微生物限度检查应采取薄膜过滤法。Objective: To study the microbial limit test for oral liquid and granules of Shuanghuanglian.Methods: Microbial limit test for oral liquid and granules of Shuanghuanglian was plate method, culture medium diluted method, and membrane filtration method; the recovery rates of teststrains,such as staphylococcus aureus, were determined. Results: Botli the oral li(quid and ghuanglian had antibacterial activity, the recovery rates were lowered by the conventional plate method andculture medium diluted method, which could not actually reflect the contamination of the solution. The recov-ery rate by the membrane filtration metliod was significantly higher tlian that by culture mediuod,which was in accordance with the requirements. Conclusion : Membrane filtration metliod should be adopt-ed in the microbial limit test for oral licquid and granules of Shuanghuanglian.
