摘　　要：《脉微》为明代施沛所撰,分为二卷,上卷为脉微总说,下卷为脉学理论,作者结合自身诊脉经验,引经断义,使其兼具理论系统性与临床实用性。《脉微》具备沿袭经典、四脉为纲、图文并茂、凭脉辨证、博涉众家、去伪存真等特点,研读《脉微》,可以提高脉理认识,增广临床视野。Mai Wei was written by Shi Pei in Ming Dynasty. It was divided into two volumes. The first book was about overview of the pulse and the second book was about theory of pulse. The author combined his own experience in taking pulse, cited classics and definitions, with a purpose to make the book with theoretical system and clinical practice. Mai Wei was with the features of inheriting classics, guided by four principal pulses, having excellent pictures and articles, syndrome differentiation by pulses, adopting the viewpoints of many doctors, and eliminating the false and retaining the true. Studying Mai Wei could both improve the understanding about theory of pulse and broaden clinical view.
