摘　　要：落实精神卫生综合管理工作理念,需要制订《精神卫生综合管理工作实施办法》。当前我国已经具备出台实施办法的政策环境和工作基础。建议纳入实施办法的主要内容是明确参与综合管理各主体的职责。To implement the concept of comprehensive management of mental health,implementation measures for the comprehensive management of mental health needs to be formulated. At present,China has the policy environment and work basis to implement the implementation measures. The main content of the proposed implementation measures is to clarify the responsibilities of all participants in the integrated management.
