摘　　要：随着教育体制改革的深入进行,学籍管理在高校管理工作中发挥的作用也越来越重要。科学合理地认定学生的身份以及学业表现,是高校实现人才质量控制目标的重要手段。本文主要就高校学籍管理过程中出现的异动现状进行了深入的分析和研究,并以此为基础提出了相应的对策建议,可为高校学籍管理工作效率和质量的提升提供有益参鉴。With the deepening of the education system reform, therole of student status management in the management of collegesand universities is more and more important. Scientific and rea-sonable identification of students as well as academic perfor-mance is an important means to achieve the goal of quality controlin colleges and universities. In this paper, and in-depth analysisand research is carried out on the status quo of student statuschange in the management of student status in colleges and uni-versities, and based on this, the corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions are proposed, which can provide useful referencefor the efficiency and quality improvement of student status man-agement in colleges and universities.
