摘　　要：国家自然科学基金代表医院在基础研究领域的水平,已经成为评价医院实力及学术水平的一项重要指标。如何提高基金申请的中标率,是医院科研管理人员的使命。从医院科研管理的实践出发,从哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院近三年的国家自然科学基金申报成绩入手,总结经验,提出切实强化科研管理的建议,以期对科研管理人员组织申报基金项目有所帮助。National Natural Science Foundation of China（NSFC） represents the level of the hospital in the field of basic research,and has become an important index to evaluate the strength and academic level of hospitals.How to improve the success rate of the NSFC,is the mission of the hospital scientific research management.In the paper,through starting from the practice of hospital scientific research management,from NSFC of the hospital success in nearly three years,experience is summed up,and the suggestions are proposed to strengthen scientific management,in order to be helpful to the scientific research project management organization to declare funds.
