广州市花都区2015-2016年大肠癌筛查结果分析

摘  要:目的:评估广州市花都区2015-2016年大肠癌筛查效果,为日后开展该项工作提供技术经验和指导。方法:对广州市花都区50~74岁的常住居民,采用危险因素评估问卷和粪便隐血试验(FOBT)检查相结合的方式进行初筛,阳性者建议肠镜复查。结果:2015-2016年共有17349人参与筛查,筛查完成率为111.23%,女性占参加人数的62.85%。花都区大肠癌初筛阳性率为11.03%,其中问卷阳性率为4.60%、两次FOBT阳性率分别为5.35%和4.43%。初筛阳性者肠镜顺应性为23.16%(444/1913),男女性肠镜顺应性分别为22.97%和23.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。初筛阳性者肠镜检出率为44.24%。结论:开展大肠癌的筛查工作,是提高大肠癌的早发现、早诊断、早治疗的实施关键,是降低大肠癌的发病率和死亡率的有效措施。Objective To evaluate the screening effect of colorectal cancer in Huadu District of Guangzhou City from 2015 to 2016, and provide experience and guidance for future work. Methods For the residents aged from 50 to 74 years in Huadu District, a risk factor assessment questionnaire and fecal occult blood test(FOBT) were used to perform screening. The positive findings were recommended for colonoscopy. Results From 2015 to 2016,17334 people were screened, the screening rate was 111.13 %, the women is 62.85 % of the number of participants. The positive rate of colorectal cancer screening was 11.03 % in Huadu District, among which the positive rate of questionnaire was 4.60 %, and the positive rate of FOBT was 5.35% and 4.43 % respectively. The adaptability of colonoscopy was 23.16 %(444/1913). The compliance of male and female colonoscopy was 22.97 % and 23.28 %, respectively. There was no signifi cant difference between the two groups.The detection rate of colonoscopy was 44.24 %.Conclusion To carry out colorectal cancer screening work is the keyto improve early detection、early diagnosis and early treatment of colorectal cancer, is an effective measure to reduce the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer.
