摘　　要：目的构建适合军队医院使用的专科护士岗位设置方案。方法基于文献研究、专科试点和焦点问题访谈,运用德尔菲法制定军队三级综合医院专科护士岗位设置方案。结果两轮专家咨询积极系数分别为100%和96.77%,权威系数分别为0.89和0.90,变异系数为0.04~0.18。初步形成专科护士岗位设置方案,包括基于我国国情专科护士定义的界定、专科护士岗位设置依据和原则、专科护士岗位职责和待遇体现形式。结论德尔菲法构建专科护士岗位设置方案具有科学性、可靠性,可为军队医院合理设置专科护士岗位提供标准和依据。Objective To establish a post setup scheme for specialized nurses in military hospitals. Methods Based on literature review,pilot program and group interview,Delphi method was adopted to establish a post setup scheme for specialized nurses in a tertiary comprehensive military hospital. Results The positive coefficients in the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 96. 77%; the authoritative coefficients were 0. 89 and0. 90; the variable coefficients ranged from 0. 04 to 0. 18. A preliminary post setup scheme for specialized nurses was established,including the definition of specialized nurses under the national condition of China,bases and principles of post setup,responsibilities and salary of specialized nurses. Conclusion The post setup scheme of specialized nurses established by Delphi method proves to be scientific and reliable,which can provide reference and basis for setting up posts of specialized nurses in military hospitals.
