摘　　要：在我军推进三位一体新型军事人才培养体系建设背景下,应紧密联系医学和军事职业发展需要,从职业发展目标、教育培训机制、职业发展路径、教学内容方法等方面入手,建立完善融院校教育、部队训练、军事职业教育为一体的军医职业教育培训体系,分阶段、融合式培养军医人才,为我军卫勤能力建设提供有力的支撑。Under the background of constructing the Army’s three-in-one new military personnel cultivation system,a health service education and training system closely connected with the demands of medical and military vocational development should be established. Starting with the vocational development goals,education and training mechanism,occupational development process and teaching contents and methods,a military vocational education and training system that combines college education,military training,and military vocational education should be developed and perfected,so as to cultivate health professionals in a staged and integrated way and to provide strong support for the Army’s medical personnel capacity building.
