古代中医文献敬业观探析

摘　　要：代中医文献中的敬业观是中国传统人文精神在医学领域的体现,具有医德、医技和医风三个维度。三个维度各有侧重,互为一体,共同构建了一个系统完备的中医敬业思想体系。其中,医德维度强调医乃仁术、首重立德;医技维度推崇勤求古训、精究医术;医风维度弘扬严谨审慎、重义轻利。古代中医文献中的敬业观对医学院校开展敬业观教育具有重要借鉴意义。Professional dedication in traditional Chinese medicine literature of ancient China is the embodiment of humanistic spirit in medical field,which could be analyzed from three aspects,that is,medical ethics,medical technology and medical style. These aspects complement each other with different focuses,jointly comprising the systematic ideology of professional dedication in traditional Chinese medicine. To be specific,in the aspect of medical ethics,doctors in ancient China emphasize the humane essence of medical practice,which takes virtue and humanity as top priority; in the aspect of medical technology,they uphold the value of constant improvement with the guidance of traditional medical wisdom; and in the aspect of medical style,they carry forward the concept of preciseness,prudence and justice above material gains. Nowadays,the professional dedication in traditional Chinese medicine literature is still of great significance in guiding the education on professional dedication among medical colleges and universities.
