紫艾汤保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗远端结肠型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析对远端结肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者采用紫艾汤保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗后的临床效果。方法：60例远端结肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片进行口服治疗,观察组患者在口服药物治疗基础上,联合紫艾汤保留灌肠,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：经过不同治疗后,观察组总有效率（96.67%）与对照组（70.00%）相比明显要高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后30 d,观察组患者WBC、CRP、PLT指标水平与对照组相比具有更为良好的改善情况,随访90 d,观察组患者各指标维持情况与对照组相比更为稳定,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者在治疗前后均未发现明显不良反应,差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：对远端结肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者在口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗基础上联合紫艾汤保留灌肠,对腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便、里急后重等症状体征有显著的改善作用,临床效果卓越,显著改善WBC、CRP、PLT等生化指标情况,降低炎性反应。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of distal colon type ulcerative colitis patients with Ziai Decoction retention enema combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets oral treatment. Methods： Sixty cases of distal colon type ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,and the patients in the control group were treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets oral treatment. The patients in the observation group on the basis of oral drug therapy,were given Ziai Decoction retention enema occurrence. Clinical effects were compared between two groups after treatment. Results： After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group（ 96. 67%） was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 70%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. 30 d after treatment,WBC,CRP and PLT index levels of the observation group were more improved than those of the control group.After follow-up for 90 d,the patients maintenance was more stable than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： For the distal colon of ulcerative enteritis patients,Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Ziai Decoction retention enema can significantly relieve abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody purulent stool,tenesmus and other symptoms and signs,significantly improve the WBC,CRP,PLT and other biochemical indicators and reduce the incidence of inflammatory reaction.
