摘　　要：随着国产药水越来越普及,越来越多的PCB供应商选择国产药水进行批量生产。而Im-Ag表面处理本身容易发生贾凡尼效应及发黄变色等缺陷,故需要有一套系统的验证Im-Ag表面处理药水性能的方法。主要介绍了Im-Ag表面处理药水性能系统的测试方法,同时明确了Im-Ag表面工艺性能的影响因素。With the urgent requirement of PCB cost reduction,domestic potion is becoming more and more popular.More and more PCB suppliers choose domestic potions for mass production.However,the surface treatment of Im-Ag itself is easy to take effect of Galvanic effect and Im-Ag different color.Therefore,it is necessary to have a systematic method to verify the performance of the surface treatment potion.Mainly introduce the test method of the performance system of Im-Ag surface treatment potion,and it also clarifies the influence factors of the surface process performance of Im-Ag.
