摘 要:为提高面向订单(make to order,MTO)企业利润,在研究MTO企业车间调度特点的基础上,设计了适应MTO企业车间生产的二级调度方案——订单排产调度和工序调度。建立了基于订单可拆分生产的订单排产调度模型,并运用基于非线性寻优的改进遗传算法对模型进行求解。将模型求解结果和基于传统最早交货优先(EDD)原则的调度结果进行比较,结果显示基于订单可拆分生产的订单排产调度可以显著地提高企业利润。In order to improve the make to order (MTO) enterprise profit, two level scheduling scheme of MTO en- terprise workshop was designed on the basis of the characteristics of MTO enterprises-order scheduling and process scheduling. An order scheduling model based on order split production scheduling was established, and an improved genetic algorithm based on nonlinear optimization was used to solve the model. The results of the model were compared with the results of the traditional EDD ( earliest due date) principle. The results show that the order scheduling can significantly improve the profits of the enterprises.
