摘　　要：本文主要阐述了在劳务关系中医师与医疗机构之间将面临的问题及其法律后果,并对医师多点执业劳务关系所存在的法律风险提出了防范措施。This article mainly expounds the problems which doctors and medical institutions will be faced with in labor relationship and its legal consequences, andputs forward legal risk preventing measures for the labor relationship of doctors＇ multi-point practice.
