“互联网+”环境下基于PDCA循环的引领式在线学习模式研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着互联网技术的发展,在线学习模式得到了普及和发展,呈现了良好的发展势头,它顺应时代技术的发展,符合学习者的习惯和需求。但其存在一个突出问题,即学习效果不理想。究其根源在于缺少教师的引领和正确的在线学习方式。文章提出适应"互联网+"环境的基于PDCA循环的引领式在线学习模式,将在线学习活动分为计划、实施、检查和总结阶段,并且在这个四阶段中特别需要发挥教师引领作用的环节进行了详细阐述,最后举实例介绍了这种在线学习模式的实践效果,对于高职高专院校的在线学习平台建设具有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years, with the development of internet technology, online learning model obtained the popularization and development, it adapt to changing times and technology development, conform to the learners' habits and needs. However, there is a prominent problem that the learning effect is not ideal. It is the lack of teachers' guidance and the right way to learn online. In this paper, based on the PDCA cycle in the"Internet+"of the environment of the leading online learning mode research, online learning activities can be divided into planning, implementation, check and summary stage, and in the four stages of special needs teachers play leading role in the link to the detail, at last, for example this paper introduces the practice effect of this online learning mode, the online learning platform construction in higher vocational college has a certain reference significance.
