摘　　要：改革开放以来中国社会存在着复杂的社会道德矛盾。学界使用"道德矛盾"话语也呈现多义混杂的状况,这不仅影响学术对话,也妨碍公众对道德矛盾包括道德悖论本真状态的认知。基于此,对当代中国学界关涉的"道德矛盾"问题进行分析和辨别,并在此基础上客观界说道德悖论的内涵、理性解读"道德风险",是一项十分有意义的理论工作。There are complex moral contradictions in Chinese society since the reform and open-up policy has been carried out."Moral contradiction"in academic discourse also presents a state of polysemy in the academic field;it not only affects academic dialogue,but also hinders the publics understanding of moral contradictions,and the true state of moral paradox.Based on this,this paper analyzes the"moral contradiction"in contemporary Chinese academic field;objectively states the connotation of moral paradox and rationally interprets"moral hazard"is a very meaningful theoretical work.
