摘 要:为了提高施工工程安全管理水平和工程质量,节约成本,运用博弈论模型研究建设单位、施工单位和监理单位三方的安全决策行为,构建三方博弈收益矩阵,解析混合策略Nash均衡,继而得到不同约束条件下各方的安全行为选择,通过构建博弈模型中的约束条件,得出建设单位监督概率与施工单位和监理单位寻租概率的关系。通过三方博弈分析,有针对性的调整模型参数,能够有效的提高各方实施安全行为的概率。The purpose of this paper is improving the safety management and the project quality of construction as well as saving the cost. The method used in our study is known as game theory model,by which we analyzed the security decisions among construction company,contractor and supervision company. We got each security choice of the three parties under different constraints by establishing the triangular game income matrix and analyzing the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium. We also found the relationship between supervision probability of construction company and the rent-seeking probability of contractor and supervision company. In summing up it may be stated that we can effectively improve the probability of security implementation of each part through analyzing the tripartite game and adjusting the parameters concretely in this game theory model.
