摘 要:在使用熔化极气体保护焊(MIG/MAG)技术堆焊非水平面区域时,焊枪应根据焊接区域的水平状态进行高度调整。主要讨论焊枪头自适应调整的控制方法和实现措施。通过论证非水平区域的凹、凸、水平状态,并设计相应传感器,将提取状态信息转换为PLC输入信号,触发PLC控制程序运行,控制焊枪头升降电机进行正反转,使得焊枪头根据焊接区域的凹凸状态实现自适应的高度调整。Adopting MIG/MAG technique to resurfacing welding of non-horizontal area,the altitude of the welding gun is expected to be adjusted according to the horizontal situation of the welded surface.In this paper,a method of controlling and realizing the automatic-adjusted welding gun is discussed.A transducer is designed based on the verification of the condition of the non-horizontal area.The transducer is expected to transfer the extracted status information into PLC input signal that could control the operation of the program,so that the un-down motor of the welding gun could be controlled.In this case,the automatic-adjustment of the welding gun could be realized.
