摘　　要：基于美国"2020年的工程师:新世纪工程的愿景"及我国"卓越工程师教育培养计划",总结了应用型人才素质要求;针对应用型人才的素质要求,提出了三类有效的能力培养教学方式,分析了三种教学方式对能力培养的作用机理及灵敏度;给出了五种有利于素质培养的具体教学方法,阐述了各种教学方法的过程与应用条件。期望为培养应用型人才的教学改革提供借鉴。This thesis summarizes the quality requirement for applied talents based on American ＂The Engineer of 2020： Vision of Engineering in the New Century＂ and China＇s ＂Excellent Engineer Training Program＂. It puts forward three effective teaching modes for ability cultivation, and analyzes the mechanism and sensitivity that the three modes exerted on ability cultivation. Then it indicates five concrete teaching methods contributing to quality cultivation, and discusses the process and applied condition of teach-ing methods, with the aim of promoting applied talents teaching reform in China.
