基于InCites数据库的高校ESI学科评价及影响力分析——以新疆大学学科影响力评价为例

摘　　要：利用InCites数据库,对新疆大学2007-2016年的科研论文产出从发文量、被引频次、学科规范化的引文影响力、H指数、全球前1%被引频次等多方面指标进行综合分析。得到以下结论:1.新疆大学发文量整体呈上升趋势。2.化学学科的发文量、被引频次高于本校其他学科,高被引论文数量最多的学科是工程学。3.新疆大学化学学科已进入ESI全球前1%,工程学有望在短时间内进入全球前1%。最后针对新疆大学学科现状,对学科发展与规划提出可行性建议。bOn the basis of InCites database, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the research output of Xinjiang Uni-versity from the number of published papers, citation, highly cited papers, Category Normalized Citation Impact, H-index, and the global top 1% citation study in the last decade （2007-2016）. From the analysis, the findings are as follows： 1.The total articles in publication in Xinjiang University is on the rise. 2. the papers quantity and citations of chemistry is higher than other discipline in Xinjiang University, the amount of highly cited papers is engineering. 3. the chemistry of Xinjiang University has entered global top 1% in ESI ranking, engineering is expected to enter the global top 1% in a short time. In the end, according to the current disci-pline situation of Xinjiang University, some feasible suggestions for the development and planning of the discipline are put forward.
