摘  要:移动互联网下的城市交通出行已经呈现出了复杂系统的特征,移动出行平台所涉及因素众多,且各因素之间具有复杂的相互关系,因此有必要系统的对该问题进行研究。本文通过系统论的研究方法对移动出行平台进行了系统结构分析,具体通过出行用户、出行服务提供者以及移动出行平台三个方面进行研究。此外,移动出行平台的运营模式主要包括P2P和B2C两种,本文分别对两种模式的优势及缺点进行了论述。最终通过滴滴专车和神州专车两家平台的实际案例,对P2P和B2C两种模式进行对比研究。The urban transportation in mobile Internet era has already presented the characteristic of complex system while current new travel mode operated based on mobile platform. The mobile travel platform involves many factors,and the relationship among such factors is quite complex,therefore it is necessary to study this issue using system theory. On this basis,this article has analyzed the system structure of mobile travel platform through research methods system theory. One side of the platform is user while on the other side is the driver,then platform,user and driver have formed two-sided market of mobile travel together. At the same time,the platform also faces the regulatory from policy makers and industry association. At present,the operation modes of the mobile travel platform include P2 P and B2 C mainly.This paper has analyzed these two operation modes,and finally comparative study by the actual case is put forward.
