摘　　要：卵巢Brenner瘤是一种少见的卵巢肿瘤,发病率仅占所有卵巢肿瘤的1%~2%。临床表现无明显特异性,可合并卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤、畸胎瘤、子宫肌瘤等,多通过病理检查偶然发现。目前对于该病认识较少,易误诊漏诊,但该病多为良性,及时治疗后预后较好。该文就1例卵巢Brenner瘤合并子宫肌瘤进行报道并文献回顾,以提高对该病的认识,做到早期诊断、及时治疗。Brenner tumors are uncommon tumors and account for 1%-2% of all ovarian tumors.They are most frequently detected as incidental findings at laparotomy because most of them are asymptomatic.Ovarian Brenner tumor can coexist with other types of ovarian tumors,such as mucinous cystadenoma,teratoma and uterine fibroids.At present they are rarely recognized and easily to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosed.Most of them are benign tumors and have quite a favorable prognosis if treated timely.So we described a case of ovarian Brenner tumor coexisting with uterine fibroids and reviewed the literatures,hoping to get a better understanding of the rare tumor for early diagnosis and timely treatment.
