摘　　要：毕业研究生的职业发展状况以及职业发展与所受研究生教育的关系是研究生教育理论与实践的重要课题,也是学术界和国际组织日益关注的热点问题之一。通过对经合组织(OECD)、美国、法国、澳大利亚等国家和组织的典型研究进行分析,归纳总结研究思路、研究方法。在借鉴发达国家和组织的研究基础上,可以加深对研究生教育的理解,完善并发展研究生教育理论与实践。The status of graduates' career development,the relationship between the quality of professional development,the career development and the background of graduate education is an important source from which the issues of the graduate education theory and practice come. Based on introducing the relevant research on OECD、USA、France and Australia,this article has summarized major research methods of such studies. Graduate education can be better understood and educational theory can be improved and developed through learning foreign strong points.
