摘 要:目的体式显微镜下观察两种暂封材料的染料渗入情况,评价暂封材料的冠方封闭能力。方法收集近期拔除的人离体牙40颗;开髓并建立直线通路后,随机均分为两组,分别用富士Ⅱ玻璃离子水门汀(Fuji Ⅱ)及新型光固化充填玻璃离子(Lonolux Handmisch)暂时封闭窝洞,放入37℃恒温水浴箱24 h,然后浸入1%亚甲基蓝染色剂中7 d,用慢机金刚砂片顺牙长轴近远中方向劈成两半,在体式显微镜下观察染料的渗入情况。结果两种暂封材料染料的渗入情况不尽相同,P<0.05;其差异有统计学意义。结论两种暂封材料相比,新型光固化充填玻璃离子的冠方封闭能力比较好。Objective Observing the coronal dye penetration of two kinds of temporary restorative materials under the stereomicroscope to assess their coronal sealing capability. Method 40 extracted teeth were collected within a mouth. After endodontic treatment, they were randomly divided into two experimental groups which were temporarily filled by Fuji ⅡGIC and Lonolux Handmisch.Reserving in the constant Temperature water of 37℃ for 24 hours, and the specimens were soaked in 1%Methylene Blue for 7 days at room temperature. Then the specimens were cut mesiodistally into two pieces with carborundum disc. Finally observing the degree of dye penetration under the stereomicroscope. Result The dye penetration of two kinds of temporary materials was notthe same degree, P〈0.05;and there were significant differences between two groups. Conclusion Comparing two kinds of temporary materials, the coronal sealing capability of Lonolux Handmisch is more effective.
