摘  要:针对某工程车辆非承载式驾驶室的振动和结构安全等问题,文章采用有限元技术进行计算分析。首先建立驾驶室白车身的有限元模型并进行结构模态分析,获取各阶模态和振动特性,为驾驶室结构改进提供参考依据,避免驾驶室在外部激励下产生共振。同时分析研究该驾驶室的扭转刚度和弯曲刚度2个静力学指标,并与相关车型进行比较,为结构优化提供指导。Aiming at the structure safety and vibration problem, the finite element modal of an engineering truck's cab was analysis through the method of finite element in this paper. The modal of the cab was established and modal analysis was carried to obtain its natural frequency and corresponding mode shapes. Then reference suggestion was given to improve the cab's structure and resonance was avoided. In order to direct the further structure optimization, bending rigidity and torsion rigidity of the index about static force analysis was gained through stiffness analysis, and compared with the data of correlation vehicles.
