摘  要:通过对小菜蛾触角感器类型、数目及分布特征进行微观结构观察,并对各感器长度及基部直径在雌、雄菜蛾触角间进行差异比较。结果表明:小菜蛾触角呈丝状,由柄节、梗节和鞭节构成。触角上着生有毛形感器、棒形感器、栓锥形感器、腔锥形感器、鳞形感器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛、端毛簇和感觉孔8种感器。触角上毛形感器的数量雄蛾比雌蛾多。毛形感器和栓锥形感器的长度雄蛾比雌蛾长,棒形感器和Bǒhm氏鬃毛的长度雄蛾比雌蛾短。毛形感器和腔锥形感器基部直径雄蛾大于雌蛾。其他类型感器数量、长度及基部直径在雌、雄蛾触角间无显著差异。Using scanning electron microscope,type,quantity and distribution characteristics of Plutella xylostella adult sensilla were observed. The results showed that antenna of Plutella xylostella was filamentous in shape and composed of scapus,pedicle and flagellum. Eight types of antennal sensilla were identified in both antennae,including sensilla trichodea,sensilla rod-like,sensilla styloconica,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla squamiformia,Bǒhm Bristles,terminal hair and sense pore. According to external length,sensilla trichodea in male was longer than in female,sensilla rod-like and Bǒhm Bristles in male were shorter than in female. The basal diameter of sensilla trichodea and sensilla coeloconica in male was greater than in female. There were no significant differences in number,length and basal diameter of other types of sensilla in male and female antennae.
