摘　　要：文章认为《社会与组织：档案职业辨析》一文对档案职业主体的界定“有失偏颇”，作者在解读2015版《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》的基础上，结合职业的定义、职业的社会性、主要工作内容、服务对象和职业归属感五个方面提出：我国档案职业主体应该是包括各级各类国家档案馆档案工作人员及组织内部档案工作人员在内的统一整体。This article holds that ＂Society and organization： the discrimination of archival profession＂ is inaccurate on the definition of the professional subject of arehives.Based on the＂Oeeupation classification for the People＇s Republic of China （2015） ＂, this paper makes an analysis from five aspeets： definition of ca- reer, professional soeiality, main work content, service objeet, professional sense to conclude that the main body in archival profession should be the unity, including the archives staff of the national archives at all levels and the archival staff of the grass-roots archive department within the organization.
