摘 要:目的:观察胰岛素样生长因子在口腔鳞状细胞肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2014年12月~2016年3月期间我院收治的134例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化法(LSAB)测定胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织、异常癌旁组织、正常癌旁组织中的表达;分析IGFs表达及表达分数与患者基线资料(年龄、性别)、病理学指标(肿瘤分化等级、术后TNM分期)、淋巴结转移及预后指标的关系。结果:在不同组织(癌组织中心、异常癌旁组织、正常癌旁组织)、不同肿瘤分化等级、不同术后TNM分期、淋巴结转移或未转移情况时,胰岛素样生长因子表达比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织中心、异常癌旁组织胰岛素样生长因子的高表达与低表达、高表达分数与低表达分数,在不同肿瘤分化等级、不同术后TNM分期、淋巴结转移或未转移、1年生存或死亡时比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素样生长因子大量分布于口腔鳞状细胞癌患者癌组织中心及异常癌旁组织,参与肿瘤细胞的免疫功能调节;且其表达程度与病理学及预后指标具有相关性。Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor( IGF) in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: One hundred and thirty-four cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma patients in our hospital as the research object,the expression of insulin-like growth factor( IGFs) in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues,abnormal paracancerous tissues and normal paracancerous tissues was determined by LSAB. The relationship of the expression of IGFs scores and the baseline data( age and gender),pathological grade,tumor differentiation index( postoperative TNM staging and lymph node metastasis) and prognosis index( one-year survival) were analysed. Results: In different tissues( normal cancer center,abnormal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues),different tumor differentiation grade and postoperative TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and without metastasis,insulin-like growth factor expression was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Cancer tissue,tissue adjacent to cancer center abnormal insulin high and low expression and high expression of growth factor scores and low expression scores in different tumor differentiation grade and different postoperative TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and without metastasis and 1 year survival or death,were significant statistical significance( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Insulin like growth factor abundance in cancer tissues and center of oral squamous cell carcinoma,immune function in tumor cell regulation,and its expression level is correlated with pathological parameters and prognosis.
