摘 要:目的探讨PBL式健康教育模式对老年冠心病患者治疗过程及效果的影响。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月本院收治的老年冠心病患者96例,随机分为对照组与PBL组。对照组采用常规管理模式,PBL组采用PBL式健康教育模式干预。比较两组冠心病相关知识知晓率、再住院及病死率、生活质量水平及患者满意度的差异。结果与对照组比较,PBL组患者冠心病相关知识知晓率明显提高,再住院及病死率降低,生活质量水平及患者满意度亦明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PBL式健康教育应用于老年冠心病患者有助于提高其治疗效果,改善生活质量,提升患者满意度,促进患者早日康复,具有一定的临床应用价值和治疗优势。Objective To investigate the effect of PBL health education model on therapic process and effect with elderly coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods 96 patients with elderly coronary heart disease from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected during our production inspection and delivery,all patients were divided into the PBL group and the control group by the random number table method,46 cases of the control group were given the conventional nursing,50 cases of the PBL group were given PBL health education on the basis of the control group. The awareness rate of the CHD-related knowledge,the rehospitalization rate and mortality,life quality and satisfaction with patients,doctors and nurses between the two groups were compared. Results In PBL group,the awareness rate of the CHD-related knowledge,life quality and satisfaction with patients,doctors and nurses were greatly improved( P0.05),the rehospitalization rate and mortality were significantly decreased( P 0. 05) compared with control group. Conclusion The PBL health education model could improve the therapentic effect and life quality level of elderly coronary heart disease patients. The satisfaction with patients,doctors and nurses are significantly improvement. The model should have a practical value in clinical nursing.
