青海玉树独一味异型花柱与花粉萌发相关性初步研究

摘　　要：目的揭示独一味异型花柱与传粉受精的关系.方法通过观测异型花柱在不同花期花柱上的花粉数、花粉的萌发数,研究异型花柱的花粉数与萌发率的相关性.结果 S型花柱柱头上黏附的花粉多于L型花柱,但L型柱头上花粉管的萌发率高于S型花柱,其中衰退期的花柱上的花粉管萌发率为最高.结论异型花柱存在不同的传粉效率.Objective To reveal the relationship between heterostyly and pollination of lamiophlamis.Methods The relationship between heterostyly and pollen germination was studied by observing the pollen number and pollen germination number of different styles in different flowering styles.Results S stigma has more pollen than L type,but pollen tube on stigma L has a higher germination rate than S type.The pollen germination rate is the highest in recession of flowers.Conclusion Heterostyly has different pollination efficiency.
