摘　　要：目的对哈尔滨市10248名儿童恒牙(第三恒磨牙除外)萌出情况进行调查,探讨儿童牙齿萌出时间及萌出次序与以往相比有无变化。方法设计统一的检查表,由10名经过专业培训的检查者对哈尔滨市10248名年龄为3~12岁的儿童进行检查,收集恒牙萌出横断面调查资料,对各项数据进行统计分析。结果得出了哈尔滨市受检儿童恒牙萌出的时间、顺序和规律。结论调查结果与以往及国内其他地区的调查结果之间存在一定差异,萌出时间有所提前,萌出次序有所变化。Objective Investigated eruption situation of permanent teeth（except the third molars） in 10248 children in Harbin, and compared with previous studies to explore eruption time and sequence of permanent teeth.Methods The 10 trained inspectors investigate situation of tooth eruption（except the third molars） of 10248 children aged 3~12 years old in Harbin.Design the check table and collect cross-sectional survey data.The data were subjected to probit regression analysis. Results Came to eruption time, sequence and regularity of permanent tooth of checked children in Harbin. Conclusion The findings seem to be different from earlier studies done in the other parts of China.Time of tooth eruption earlier studies done in the other parts of China. Sequence of tooth eruption seems to be different from earlier studies done in the other parts of China.
