基于“三级预防”的大学生职业生涯规划全程化教育体系建构研究

摘　　要：高校毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势，复杂的就业环境，且大学生就业后短期内换工作的人数和频率越来越高，这对高校职业生涯规划指导工作的有效开展提出了新的挑战。目前的高校职业生涯规划指导工作不足以很好地引导大学生合理就业、稳定就业。通过对职业生涯规划教育现状的调研，针对高校职业生涯规划教育工作中存在的问题分别举行教师座谈会和学生座谈会，以存在问题的深度剖析为研究导向，积极探索提高大学生职业生涯规划教育工作有效开展的新举措，尝试建构基于“三级预防”的大学生职业生涯规划全程化教育的工作体系，并作为一个完整的系统来加以组织实施。College graduates are facing severe employment situation and complicated employment environment. Also, with the number and frequency of changing jobs in the short term getting higher and higher after their employment, it has posed new challenges to the effective implementation of career planning guidance in colleges and universities. At present, the guidance of career planning in colleges and universities is not enough to guide college students in the reasonable and stable employment. Teachers＇ symposium and students＇ symposium are held respectively aiming at the problem existing in the career planning education in colleges and universities based on the investigation of the current situation of career planning education. Taking the depth analysis of the existing problems as the research orientation, the article tries to figure out new measures to improve college students＇ career planning education, try to construct a work system of whole -process education for college students＇ career planning based on ＂teritary prevention＂, and organize and im- plement it as a complete system.
