摘　　要：从人造金红石母液中提取并纯化氯化亚铁后,采用共沉淀或双水解的方式可得到锰锌铁氧体或氧化铁红产品,同时副产大量的含氯化钠废水。副产盐水经过强碱沉淀重金属离子,碳酸钠沉淀钙离子后,再经过滤和活性炭吸附净化,最后用盐酸调节其p H值即可满足用于电解的一次盐水的性能要求。Manganese zinc ferrite or iron oxide red products could be obtained by coprecipitation or double hydrolysis of pure ferrous chloride that was extracted from the mother liquid of synthetic rutile, and a large amount of sodium chloride containing waste water was obtained at the same time. The heavy metal ions in by-product brine were precipitated by strong alkali, calcium ions were precipitated by sodium carbonate, and the sediments were filtered and adsorbed on activated carbon. The performance requirements of primary brine used for electrolysis could be met by using hydrochloric acid to adjust its pH value at last.
