摘 要:研究了直升机金属动部件的延寿方法。首先分别从外部环境、疲劳抗力和疲劳评估方法三个角度提出了动部件的延寿方案。而后以某型机主桨毂轴颈延寿作为典型案例,一方面采用提高表面抗力的方法提高安全疲劳寿命,同时采用损伤容限评估方法计算裂纹扩展寿命,通过增加检查周期的方法显著提高了使用寿命。This paper studied the methods for prolonging the service life of helicopter dynamic com- ponents. First of all, life extension program of moving parts were proposed from three aspects, the outside environment, fatigue resistance and fatigue strength evaluation . Then based on the typical case of prolonging a helicopter main hub shaft life , on the one hand, the surface resistance was im- proved to prolong the safety fatigue life. On the other hand, the crack growth life was calculated by damage tolerance method, and the service life was improved obviously by increasing inspection cy- cles.
