肿瘤干细胞标记PSCA在胃腺癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤干细胞标记前列腺干细胞抗原(prostate stem cell antigen,PSCA)在胃腺癌中的诊断价值。方法:采用免疫组化方法(En Vision法)检测353例胃腺癌根治标本和100例其它胃部常见病变标本的PSCA表达情况,并分析PSCA与胃腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:PSCA在胃腺癌组织中表达阳性率为82.2%,明显高于高级别上皮内瘤变(60%)、低级别上皮内瘤变(25%)、腺瘤(20%)、慢性溃疡(10%)、慢性胃炎(0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PSCA与胃腺癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况均具有相关性(P<0.05)。PSCA与远处转移情况、患者年龄、性别均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:PSCA与胃腺癌临床病理特征关系密切,可以作为胃腺癌诊断的重要标志物。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of tumor stem cell marker PSCA in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods：The expression of PSCA protein was analized by immunohistochemistry（EnVision method） in 353 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 100 cases of other common gastric lesions.The relationship between PSCA and clinicopathological features of gastric adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results：The positive rate（82.2%） of PSCA was significantly higher in gastric adenocarcinoma than that in high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia（60%）,low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia（25%）,adenoma（20%）,and chronic ulcer（10%）,chronic gastritis（0%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.High expression rate of PSCA was associated with the degree of differentiation,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expression rate of PSCA was no significant correlation with distant metastasis,age and gender（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：PSCA is closely related to the clinicopathological features of gastric adenocarcinoma.PSCA might be an important marker for diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
