癌痛对抑郁及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析癌痛与抑郁和免疫功能之间的相关性。方法:收集我科室从2013年1月至2016年12月收治的73例晚期肿瘤患者,37例癌痛组,36例无癌痛组,进行数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量、免疫功能等的调查分析比较。结果:癌痛与无癌痛的两组患者抑郁的发生比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌痛程度与抑郁程度有相关性(P<0.05);癌痛与无癌痛的两组患者生活质量的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌痛与无癌痛的两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+比较差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抑郁的发生与癌痛相关,抑郁程度和癌痛程度也有极大关联。癌痛可明显影响患者生活质量,但对免疫功能影响不明显。Objective：To investigate the correlation of depression and immune function of patient with cancer pain. Methods：Collection of 73 patients with advanced tumors in our department from January 2013 to December 2016,37 patients with advanced cancer with different degrees of cancer pain and 36 patients with advanced cancer without pain controls （diagnosed by pathology ） were tested with the following researches： Numerical rating scale （NRS）, self- rating depression scale（ SDS）,the quality of life and immune function in the First People~ Hospital of Hefei and Blood oncology. Results：There were obvious statistical differences in the incidence rate of depression be- tween cancer pain group and cancer pain - freegroup（P 〈 0.05）. the degree of depression had significant relationship with the degree of pain（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were obvious statistical differences in the quality of life between cancer pain group and cancer pain- free group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, pain has no effect on CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ cells in cancer patients （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The occurrence of depression is associated with cancer pain, and the degree of depression and cancer pain are also greatly correlated. Cancer pain can significantly affect the quality of life, but the immune function is not obvious.
