摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童癌痛镇痛方案设计,促进儿童癌痛治疗合理用药。方法:临床药师参与1例儿童癌痛的镇痛治疗,对患者进行评估,提出直肠给药的用药方案,并进行用药监护。结果:保障癌痛患儿安全有效使用阿片药物,使患儿癌痛得到有效缓解。结论:临床药师积极参与儿童癌痛患者镇痛用药方案制定,突显个体化用药理念,提高儿童癌痛镇痛治疗水平。Objective：To investigate method for cancer pain in a children patientby the pharmacists, in order to promote rational use of drugs for cancer pain treatment in children patients. Methods ： Clinical pharmacists participate in one case ofcancer pain in children patients to conduct clinical treatment, and to give pharmaceutical advice of rectal administration and treatment throughout the pharmaceutical. Results ： Through the development of clinical pharmacists participating in the regimen, it strengthens rational use of drugs and monitors the process of the treatment. Finally, the cancer pain of the children patients gets effectively relieved. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists through participating in children patients with cancer pain treatment medication, reflecting the key role of clinical pharmacists in the individual.
