泮托拉唑在消化系统肿瘤中的作用及其机制研究进展

摘　　要：本文通过查阅近十几年的文献并了解国内外最新研究的基础上发现质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)即H^+/K^+-ATP酶抑制剂中的泮托拉唑(pantoprazole,PPZ)能抑制多种条件下的胃酸分泌,效果显著。临床用于治疗消化性溃疡、反流性食管炎和卓-艾氏综合征等。与多种抗菌药物联合应用,可根除幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染,减少消化性溃疡等的发生,而新近研究发现泮托拉唑在消化系统肿瘤中发挥了越来越重要的作用,参与了肿瘤的侵袭、迁移、增殖、凋亡等多种生物学过程。Pantoprazole （PPZ） is in a class of drugs called proton pump inhibitors （PPIs）, which block the production of acid by inhibit the function of H ^＋/K ^＋ - ATP ase. Pantoprazole is widely used for the treatment of conditions such as ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） and Zollinger- Ellison syndrome that are caused by stomach acid. And Pantoprazole is also used with antibiotics to eradicate helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection, it can reduce the occurrence of peptic ulcer. The recent study found that pantoprazole treatment could affect the development progress of many digestive system tumors, which involved invasion, migration, proliferation, apoptosis of tumor cell and other biological processes.
