摘 要:上转换纳米颗粒(UCNPs)是由某些稀土元素掺杂于固体晶格中所构成的纳米颗粒,它是一类能够通过多光子吸收机制吸收近红外光子而发射可见光子的新型荧光材料。肿瘤传统的临床诊断技术,如核磁共振成像、超声、荧光成像等,虽已运用多年但也有其缺点,因此我们需要一种新型材料来弥补传统诊断技术的不足,得到更多有用的诊断信息。近年来随着对UCNPs深入研究,发现其优点众多:生物相容性好、毒性低、稳定性好,还能与配体联接拥有更多特性,因此成为了研究热点。有不少研究更是将UCNPs运用于肿瘤的各种诊断技术中,来提升成像对比度、减少副作用、延长成像时间等,为精确诊断提供了更加完善的信息,并取得了一定的效果。本综述集中就UCNPs在肿瘤临床诊断中的研究进展,并对其在诊断领域的未来发展趋势进行小结。Upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) is made up of some rare earth element doped in solid lattice of nanoparticles,it is a kind of new fluorescence materials which can absorption near infrared photon and emission light photons by multiphoton absorption mechanism.Tumor traditional clinical diagnosis technologies,such as magnetic resonance imaging,ultrasonography,fluorescence imaging,has been used for many years but also has its disadvantages,so we need a new type of material to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional diagnosis technology,to get more useful diagnostic information.In recent years,with the deep research in UCNPs,its many advantages were found:Well biocompatibility,low toxicity,high stability,and has more features linked with ligand,so far it has become research focus.A lot of researches are the application of UCNPs to tumors of various kinds of diagnostic techniques,in order to enhance image contrast,reduce side effects and prolong imaging,provides a more complete information,accurate diagnosis and obtained a certain effect.This summarize focuses on the progress of UCNPs in clinical diagnosis of tumors and its future development trend in the field of diagnosis.
