硒驯化平菇对老年期大鼠血脂、血糖的影响

摘　　要：用富硒平菇饲喂衰老 wister大鼠 ,观察血液有关指标。结果显示适当剂量的富硒平菇 ,可以提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性 ,提高血清清蛋白和高密度脂蛋白的含量 ,降低血清脂质过氧化物、总胆固醇。The effects of the mushroom with abundant selenium on index of the Blood lipids and Blood sugar.We were studied while old wistar rats were feed with mushroom contaied abundant selenium.The results showed that the proper supplement of the mushroom can obviously reduce content of blood cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and serum lipid peroxide(LPO).At the sane time,it can increase the values of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).Albumin and activity of the blood glutathione-peroxidaes (GSH-px),and can keep the normal blood sugar of the old rats.
