摘 要:目的探讨3种不同因素对复合树脂微渗漏的影响。方法挑选60颗3个月内拔除的完整磨牙,制备颊面Ⅴ类洞,将牙随机平均分为4组(n=15),A组:P60复合树脂充填;B组:涂布两次粘结剂,P60复合树脂充填;C组:P60复合树脂预热至54℃充填;D组:3 M光固化玻璃离子垫底,P60复合树脂充填。经过冷热水循环试验1 000次后用品红染色。将牙体按颊舌方向沿牙体长轴切成厚度为0.9 mm的薄片,用体视显微镜观测染料渗透深度。结果 B组、C组、D组微渗漏均显著小于A组(P﹤0.05)。结论涂布两次粘接剂,预热树脂,玻璃离子垫底均可减少Ⅴ类洞边缘微渗漏。Objective To investigate the effect of three different factors on the microleakage of composite resin. Methods Sixty intact molars extracted within three months were selected to prepare buccal V holes. The teeth were randomly divided into four groups (n = 15 ), Group A with P60 composite resin filling, Group B with two coating with self-etching adhesive and P60 composite resin fill- ing, Group C with filling of P60 composite resin preheated to 54℃, Group D with substrate of 3 M light curing glass ionomer and P60 composite resin filling. Magenta was used for staining after 1 000 hot and cold water circulation tests. The teeth were cut along the long axis in the buccal-lingual direction to form a sheet with a thickness of 0. 9 mm. The penetration depth of the dye was observed with a stereomicroscope. Results The microleakage of Group B, C and D was significantly less than that of Group A (P〈0. 05 ). Conclu- sion Two coating with adhesive, preheating resin and glass ionomer substrate can reduce the microleakage at the edge of V holes.
