口腔溃疡药膜治疗口腔溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察口腔溃疡药膜治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。方法对H口腔医院150例成年口腔患者采用随机法进行分组,对照组50例,观察组50例,空白对照组50例。观察组对患者口腔溃疡部位,剪略大于溃疡面的一块口腔溃疡药膜贴于患处,3~4次/天。对照组50例局部溃疡面每天用清洁口腔漱口液3次,口服维生素B2,吃新鲜水果补充维生素C。7 d后观察各组病情的愈合状况。结果治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。使用口腔溃疡膜药物的治疗组比对照组的疗效更好。结论口腔溃疡药膜治疗口腔溃疡比传统清洁口腔,补充体内缺乏的维生素的疗效显著,该口腔溃疡药膜值得临床推广和口腔溃疡患者使用。Objective To observe the efficacy of oral ulcer medical membrane in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods 150 ca- ses of oral ulcer patients in H stomatology hospital were randomly divided into control group （50 cases）, observation group （50 cases） and blank control group （50 cases）. In the observation group, a piece of oral ulcer medical membrane was smeared on the ＂affected ar- ea, 3 or 4 times a day. In the control group, the affected area of the patients were washed with oral cleanser 3 times a day, and the patients took vitamin B2 and ate fresh fruits to supplement vitamin C everyday. After 7 days, of the two groups were observed of the healing condition. Results The cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05 ） with statistical significance. The efficacy in the observation group with oral ulcer medical membrane was better than that in the control group. Conclusion The treatment with oral ulcer medical membrane is more effective than the traditional way of cleaning the oral cavity and taking vitamins as supplement, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion for oral ulcer patients.
