全程健康指导用于改善佩戴可摘局部义齿老年人口腔保健的效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查全程健康指导对佩戴可摘局部义齿老年人口腔保健的影响,探索提高老年人口腔健康的途径。方法 2016年1月到3月期间,将280例在北京回龙观社区卫生服务中心就诊并佩戴可摘局部义齿的老年人,随机分成两组,实验组131例,对照组149例,共同参与口腔保健问卷调查。对实验组老年人提供全程健康指导,对照组不做特殊保健干预。1年后再次填写同样的问卷调查。观察两组老年人口腔保健知识、口腔健康行为、义齿相关的口腔保健的改善情况。结果全程健康指导后,实验组老年人大部分口腔保健知识、口腔健康行为及义齿相关的口腔保健均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而刷牙时间、牙线及牙间隙刷的使用,两组差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程健康指导能让老年人掌握正确的口腔保健知识,有利于形成良好的口腔健康行为,是改善老年人口腔健康的重要方式。Objective To explore methods of improving oral heath by investigating oral health care of the elder people with removable partial denture before and after full health guidance. Methods From January 2016 to March, 280 elder people were selected from Huilongguan Community Health Service Center of Beijing. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. They were 131 and 149 respectively. All of them were investigated their oral health knowledge and behavior. Then the persons of experimental group were provided all health guidance and the persons of control group weren＇t provided any special interference about oral health care. One year later, They were gave the same questionnaire as before. Objecting improving situation of oral health care between the two groups. Results Contrasting the investigation income, most of oral health care in experimental group was better than control group after full health guidance, and was displayed a statistical difference（P〈0.01）. But there was no statistical difference in the facet of brushing time, usage of dental floss and interdental brush（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Full health guidance can improve the awareness of oral health knowledge and is beneficial to developing good oral health behavior, it is one of the most important methods of promoting oral health.
