Its form is an important control item in production control of the substrate because it depends on a plastic condition strongly. Moreover, a groove form of the stumper is conformable to the specifications, you must examine reception. So, details are reported because the groove profiler which could be used easily by the optical disk manufacture process all was developed and it succeeded in merchandising.
