运动功能相关评定量表在国内脑卒中康复临床应用情况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解Fugl-Meyer评测法(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、运动评估量表(Motor Assessment Scale,MAS)、改良Ashworth量表(Modified Ashworth scale,mAS)三种运动功能评定量表在国内脑卒中康复临床中的应用情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷进行网络调查。结果:共收回问卷228份,其中有效问卷151份,各量表的临床使用率由高到低为FMA、mAS、MAS;参与者对三种量表的总体认可度不相同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步比较量表各条目的认可度发现,FMA的理论依据较充分,但其"可操作性强"和"患者可接受程度"这两方面的认可度在三个量表中最低;mAS的"患者接受程度好"认可度最高,但在反映患者功能进展方面较差;MAS各项认可度均比较稳定,但在"测试结果有助于临床诊断"方面认可度较差。结论:每种量表在各自某一方面均有自己的优势,也存在着一些不足,若能够针对性地使用量表或相互配合使用,势必对临床治疗有更好的帮助。Objective： To investigate the application status of Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA）, Motor Assessment Scale（MAS） and Modified Ashworth scale（m AS） in clinical practice of stroke rehabilitation in China. Methods： Network investigation was undergone with a self-made questionnaire. Results： 151 copies of valid questionnaires were collected from a total of 228 questionnaires, which showed that the usage rates of each scale from high to low was FMA, m AS and MAS; the overall approval degrees of participants to the three scales were different, which had statistical significance（P0.05）; further comparison on approval degree of each item in scales found that, the theoretical basis of FMA was adequate, but the approval degrees of its ＂strong operability＂ and ＂patients＇ acceptability＂ were both the lowest in the three scales; mAS had a highest approval degree in ＂patients＇ acceptability＂, but it wasn＇t good at reflecting patients＇ functional progression; the approval degree of each item in MAS was stable, but its approval degree of ＂test results are helpful for clinical diagnosis＂ was poor. Conclusion： Each scale has its own advantages in some aspects and some shortcomings, it certainly will be more helpful for clinical treatment if the scales are pertinently used or coordinated with each other.
