翻白草三萜类成分粗提物纯化及其降血糖作用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究翻白草中三萜类成分粗提物的纯化方法及其纯化物对四氧嘧啶溶液诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法：翻白草三萜类成分粗提物采用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化，并通过小鼠体内降血糖实验，评价翻白草三萜类成分的降血糖效果。结果：纯化的后的齐敦果酸和总三萜的纯度分别为3．18％、55．16％；各给药组小鼠空腹血糖浓度显著下降（P〈0．01），高剂量组降血糖效果最显著。结论：优选的纯化方法简单可行，质量可控，翻白草三萜类成分有降血糖的作用。Objective：To study the purification of crude triterpenes extract from Fanbaricao（Potentillae Discoloris Herba）. and its hypoglycemie effect on mice with diabetes mellitus induced by alloxan. Method：Macroporous adsorption resin was applied to separate and purify triterpenes from crude triterpenes extract from Fanbariccto（Potentillae Discoloris Herba）,and the hypoglycemic activity was evaluated in the mice. Result： The purity of oleanlic acid and total triterpenoids were 3.18% and 55.16%,respectively. Levels of the fasting blood glucose in each medication group decreased significantly（P〈0.01）,and the high dose group showed the best hypoglycemic activity. Conclusion：This processing method is simple and feasible,and the quality could be guaranteed. Triterpenes from Fanbaricao（Potentillcte Discoloris Herba） have hypoglycemic effect.
