急性脑梗死治疗中舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠的运用与可行性研究

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑梗死治疗中舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠的运用与可行性。方法将2013年1月—2016年12月200例急性脑梗死患者作研究对象并随机分组。单一治疗组采用单纯用奥扎格雷钠治疗,联合治疗组用舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组急性脑梗死治疗总有效率;药物不良反应发生率;干预前后患者神经功能缺损NIHSS评分、BI生活能力指数、QOL生活质量评分、血小板聚集率。结果急性脑梗死治疗中舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠的运用与可行性高,可有效改善患者神经功能和血小板指标,促进患者生活自理能力和生活质量的改善,药物无明显副作用,安全性高,值得推广应用。结论联合治疗组急性脑梗死治疗总有效率高于单一治疗组,P<0.05;联合治疗组药物不良反应发生率和单一治疗组无显著差异,P>0.05;干预前两组神经功能缺损NIHSS评分、BI生活能力指数、QOL生活质量评分、血小板聚集率相近,P>0.05;出院时联合治疗组神经功能缺损NIHSS评分、BI生活能力指数、QOL生活质量评分、血小板聚集率优于单一治疗组,P<0.05。Objective To analyze the application and feasibility of Shuxuening treatment of acute cerebral infarction with ozagrel sodium. Methods Totally 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. A single treatment group was treated with sodium ozagrel alone,combined treatment group with Shuxuening injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment. The total effective rate of two groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction were compared. The incidence of adverse drug reactions（ NIHSS） score,BI score,QOL quality of life score,platelet aggregation rate before and after intervention were compared. Results In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction treatment group total efficiency is higher than single treatment group,P〈 0. 05;Combined incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and single treatment group had no significant difference,P 〉0. 05 NIHSS in the two groups before intervention; Defect of nerve function score,BI index,life ability of QOL quality of life score,platelet aggregation rate. At the time of discharge,P 〉0. 05; Combined treatment group of neural function defect score,NIHSS BI life ability index,the QOL quality of life score,platelet aggregation rate was better than single treatment group,P〈 0. 05. Conclusion The use of sodium ozagrel combined with Shuxuening injection and the feasibility of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is high,can effectively improve the neurological function and platelet index,improve patients＇ self-care ability and the quality of life,the drug has no obvious side effects,high safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.
