摘　　要：在对地方院校实验室进行调研统计的基础上,分析了地方本科院校实验室队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,并从强化队伍建设规划、合理定编定岗、科学考核评价、重视队伍培训和加强校企合作等方面,提出在创新创业教育背景下,地方院校加强实验室队伍建设的措施与建议。Based on the investigation and statistics of local university laboratories,the present situation and existing problems of the laboratory team construction in local universities are analyzed,and from the aspects of strengthening the team construction plan,determining the staff posts reasonably,implementing the scientific evaluation,paying attention to the team training,enhancing the university-enterprise cooperation,etc.,the measures and suggestions are put forward for the laboratory team construction in local universities under the background of the innovative and entrepreneurial education.
