摘　　要：在GSP管理体系的基础上结合高校化学品管理实际探索一种高校化学品全过程、可追溯、可共享的管理体系。充分借鉴GSP管理体系的优点,健全和完善现有化学品采购体系,实施严格的领用预约审批制度,对化学品流入实验室实行领用—归还闭环式管理,最终实现化学品采购—储存—使用全过程可追溯管理,并在此基础上积极探索闲置化学品的共享管理,能够改善当前高校化学品管理的现状,对建设安全平安校园以及缓解环境压力具有重大的推动作用和积极的现实意义。On the basis of the GSP management system and in combination with the practice of university chemicals management,a management system by which university chemicals can be fully traced and shared is explored.Based on the advanced advantages of the GSP management system,the existing procurement system for chemicals is improved and perfected so as to realize the whole process traceable management for the procurement-storage-application of chemicals.The strict application and approval system for the chemicals is established,and the closed loop management is implemented for receiving and returning laboratory chemicals.On this basis,the sharing management of idle chemicals is discussed,which can improve the current situation of university chemical management,and it has great impetus and positive significance for the construction of the safe campus and the relief of environmental pressure.
