摘  要:掘进机是挖掘岩石隧道的重要工具,掘进机刀盘是挖掘过程中最关键的部件之一,它是能否在规定工期内完成隧道挖掘的关键因素,由于在挖掘岩石隧道时掘进机刀盘容易磨损破裂,因此提出一种新的焊接技术对岩石隧道掘进机刀盘内部进行焊接。介绍了岩石隧道的环境和掘进机刀盘内部焊接原理,给出刀座楔块和刀座芯体焊接装配图。将ZG35Cr1Mo型和Q345B型特种钢作为焊接材料,对其可焊性进行分析。详细介绍了焊接过程。通过拉伸与冲击方法对对接焊缝金属进行实验,测量出相关数据。实验结果表明,经所提焊接技术处理后,焊接部位淬硬性低,且不容易出现冷裂纹与热裂纹现象,验证了所提焊接技术的有效性。Roadheader is an important tool for mining rock tunnel boring machine,cutter is one of the most important part of the process of mining,which is a key factor in the tunnel can be completed in the specified time limit due to mining,mining in rock tunnel boring machine cutter is easy to wear and tear,so a new welding technology of rock tunnel cutterhead for welding was put forward. The environment of rock tunnel and the principle of welding inside the cutter head of the roadheader were introduced,and the welding assembly drawings of the wedge of the cutter block and the core of the cutter block were given. The weldability of ZG35Cr1Mo type and Q345B type special steel as welding material is analyzed. The welding process is introduced in detail. The experiment of butt weld metal is carried out by tensile and impact method,and relevant data are measured. The experimental results show that,after the welding technology is used,the welding position have low hardenability,and it is not easy to appear cold crack and hot crack phenomenon,the effectiveness of the welding technology is verified.
