摘　　要：目的:观察镇痛疗法对肿瘤患者血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:收治肿瘤患者90例,根据疼痛数字评分法(NRS评分)分A组(NRS 0~3,n=30)、B组(NRS 4~10,n=60)。分别测定两组患者镇痛前后血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及NRS评分,并进行比较分析。结果:治疗前B组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者镇痛治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析,NRS评分与CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.472,r=-0.627,P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤患者普遍存在体内免疫功能紊乱,并且与癌痛关系密切。有效的镇痛可以改善患者机体的免疫功能。Objective：To observe the effect of analgesic therapy on the blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with tumor.Methods：90 patients with tumor were selected.According to the pain digital score（NRS score）,they were divided into the group A（NRS 0~3,n=30） and the group B（NRS 4~10,n=60）.The level of T lymphocyte subsets and NRS score of blood T before and after analgesia were measured and compared.Results：Before treatment,the level of CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The level of CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was significantly higher in the group B after analgesic treatment than before treatment（P〈0.05）.Pearson correlation analysis：the NRS score was negatively correlated with the level of CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋（r=-0.472,r=-0.627,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with tumor generally have immune dysfunction in the body and are closely related to cancer pain.Effective analgesia can improve the immune function of the patient＇s body.
